Feast of Tabernacles celebration, Emmanuel Centre, London, 28-29 October

Vision for Israel’s annual conference was indeed a feast for the hundreds who attended. Over two days they heard evangelist David Hathaway, prophetic Bible teacher Clifford Hill (HEART’s regular commentator), host Barry Segal and his son, Benjamin, who is clearly going to follow in his earthly father’s footsteps as an energetic champion for Israel and teacher of the Hebrew roots of the Gospel.

Worship times were joyful experiences with Barry’s musicians leading popular choruses and Israeli folk tunes which had visitors dancing along the aisles.

David Hathaway reported on the spiritual and physical battle which had attended his recent meetings in Israel, while Clifford Hill explained the concept of ‘Living in Babylon’, the name of his new book and teaches Christians the correct mindset for living in today’s fallen world.

Particularly encouraging was the news that the Segals’ building project outside Jerusalem, the Millennium Centre, will open next May. Funds have been raised over several years for what will be a dynamic centre both for believers and for distributing aid in times of crisis.

If you’ve been to any life-changing meetings recently, send a report of up to 300 words and clearly captioned photos (three maximum) as jpgs (not embedded in the document), as soon as possible after the event to editorial@heartpublications.co.uk
