THE ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY popped into St Peter’s Church in Brighton for a Q and A session about his ministry on March 8.
Vicar Archie Coates interviewed the head of the Anglican Church who spoke about his role and responsibilities here and abroad.
The church was ‘packed to the rafters’ with a queue down the street, according to church member Harriet Morris.
She said: “He came across as an incredibly warm and humble man, honestly sharing how he is not always sure of himself but that it’s not about him – it’s about God. He was very relaxed and the morning was full of laughter and warmth.”
